These terms cover Land of Enchantment Games' website, games and other services ("our services"), wherever you get them. By using our services, you agree to them. A store or platform you get our games through (such as Steam) has its own terms, and a game may come with its own license; for that game, its license governs where it differs from these terms.
Use. Don't misuse our services: no attacking, disrupting or abusing them, and nothing unlawful.
Ownership. Unless stated otherwise, our games and content belong to Land of Enchantment Games or its licensors. Anything released under an open license is governed by that license.
No warranty. OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
No liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, IN NO EVENT SHALL LAND OF ENCHANTMENT GAMES OR ITS AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SERVICES OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THEM.
Changes. We may change our services or these terms at any time; the date above says when they last changed.
Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
